John P. Lynch and William P. Bingle obtain summary judgment for Retail Store

John P. Lynch and William P. Bingle secured summary judgment for their client, a retail store, in a case in which the plaintiff sustained injuries to her foot when a shelf fell from the wall and struck her. John and Bill successfully argued that the store did not have actual or constructive notice of any dangerous condition of the shelf, and that the plaintiff otherwise failed to prove that a known defect on the property caused the incident. The court agreed and granted summary judgment for the defendant.
