John P. Lynch and William P. Bingle Secure Dismissal of Federal Employment Action

 

John P. Lynch and William P. Bingle obtained a dismissal in a federal court employment action on behalf of their client, who was alleged to have terminated the plaintiff in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. John and Bill argued that the plaintiff’s complaint failed to properly set forth a cause of action and was otherwise defective. The district court agreed and the case was dismissed with prejudice.
