Katherine Haussermann’s practice focuses primarily on General Tort Defense and Premises Liability. She is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel where she coauthors the Recent Decisions column for the IDC Quarterly. In addition, Katherine is a member of the Women’s Bar Association and an Associate Board Member of the Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS), an organization that provides free legal assistance to low-income residents of Cook County.

A member of the Illinois Bar, Katherine is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She graduated from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D., 2005) and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.A., with honors, 1998).
