Holly's practice centers on Commercial Litigation and the defense of Product Liability, Construction and General Tort cases. She also has extensive experience in Transportation Litigation, Insurance Coverage litigation and the defense of consumer protection claims, including breach of warranty and consumer fraud claims. Her trial and arbitration experience includes the defense of breach of warranty, personal injury and product liability matters.

A graduate of the John Marshall Law School (J.D., 1999) and the University of Michigan (B.A., 1994), Holly is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Northern District of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Holly has written and presented on “The Role of Component Manufacturers in Litigation” (Spring, 2006) for her clients.
