Biography

David Litvak's practice focuses on the defense of Construction, Transportation, Premises Liability, Product Liability, and Commercial matters before state and federal courts. David previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Senior Judge Robert H. Hodges, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and has experience in appellate litigation, commercial litigation, federal bid protests, veterans' benefits, and statutory and regulatory interpretation.

David received his J.D. in 2014 from the American University, Washington College of Law, and his B.A. in 2011 from Brandeis University, majoring in American Studies and in Politics. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; his admissions to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois are currently pending.
