Maritza Rodriguez focuses her practice in the representation of companies in the retail, restaurant and hospitality industries in matters concerning premises liability, product liability, transportation litigation, food-borne illness, pharmacy law, security issues, and wrongful death.  Maritza researches, drafts reports, and is involved in all phases of the litigation process.  

Maritza has prior experience in the areas of workers compensation, personal injury, immigration, and criminal law.  

Maritza is proficient in conversational and written Spanish.  

Maritza is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law for her Juris Doctorate     (J.D. 2016) and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago for her Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., Summa Cum Laude, 2011).  She is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
