Matthew Heiting’s practice is focused on the defense of business owners, contractors, trucking entities, and others subjected to construction, commercial, transportation, premises liability, and product liability claims. He has extensive experience working in our state and federal court systems. His defense experience includes pre-suit negotiation, discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial. Matthew has worked in this industry for over eight years and has extensive experience aggressively defending his clients. 

Matthew graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with degrees in Political Science and Social Change and Development. He received his law degree in 2013 from Valparaiso Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.  In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and two children.
